Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn minced spinach, cooked and liquid removed
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
  • 4 ounce Shredded Monterey jack cheese, (1 c.)
  • 3 can Tomato sauce, (8 ounce. each)
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano leaves
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 x Lasagna noodles, cooked and liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 . On cookie sheet, arrange noodles overlapping 1 inch. In small bowl, combine all filling ingredients except mozzarella cheese & mix well. Spread mix on noodles; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese& roll up jelly roll fashion. With 2 spatulas place roll seam side down in a 12x8 inch(2 qt) baking dish. In small bowl combine all sauce ingredients except Parm. cheese. Por over roll. Sprinkle w/ parm cheese. Bake at350 for 30 min. Let stand 5 min before slicing.
