%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETomatoes%20were%20dressed%20with%20a%20homemade%20dressing%20in%20a%20bottle%20consisting%20of%20guestimated%20amounts%20of%20wholegrain%20mustard,%20honey,%20sesame%20oil,%20s%20&%20p.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECarrots%20were%20eaten%20with%20Peanut%20Butter!!%20Planter%E2%80%99s%20PB%20which%20is%20somehow%20only%20available%20in%20Sarawak.%20I%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20help%20but%20dip%20my%20fork%20in%20it%20a%20few%20times%20after.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlso%20a%20Nestle%20yoghurt%20I%20bought%20from%20Tesco%20after%20breakfast%20(technically,%20I%20chose,%20grandma%20paid-I%E2%80%99m%20still%20jobless).%20Peach%20Melba.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYum!!%20Not%20too%20sweet!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20figured%20the%20sugars%20in%20the%20yoghurt%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20sufficient%20as%20carbs,%20so%20I%20had%20a%20slice%20of%20toast%20with%20Lemon%20Tree%20kaya.%20yum%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWatched%20some%20tv..%20that%20seems%20to%20be%20all%20that%20I%E2%80%99m%20doing.%20Then,%20I%20decided%20I%20should%20bake!%20I%20wanted%20to%20yesterday,%20but%20ran%20out%20of%20brown%20sugar.%20So%20since%20I%20had%20some%20now%20after%20the%20trip%20to%20Tesco,%20it%20was%20time%20to%20make:%20FLOURLESS%20HAZELNUT%20CHOCOLATE%20CAKE.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20got%20this%20recipe%20from%20a%20Australian%E2%80%99s%20Women%E2%80%99s%20Weekly%20Recipe%20collection%20book%20kinda%20thing%20from%20the%20library.%20But,%20I%20realised%20it%E2%80%99s%20on%20their%20website%20here.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServing%20size:%20Serves%208%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECooking%20time:%20More%20than%201%20hour%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFlourless%20chocolate%20hazelnut%20cake%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EINGREDIENTS%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMETHOD%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20180%C2%B0C/160%C2%B0C%20fan-forced.%20Grease%20deep%2020cm-round%20cake%20pan;%20line%20base%20and%20side%20with%20baking%20paper.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBlend%20cocoa%20with%20the%20water%20in%20large%20bowl%20until%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20chocolate,%20butter,%20sugar,%20hazelnut%20meal%20and%20egg%20yolks;%20stir%20until%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat%20egg%20whites%20in%20small%20bowl%20with%20electric%20mixer%20until%20soft%20peaks%20form;%20fold%20into%20chocolate%20mixture%20in%20two%20batches.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20mixture%20into%20pan;%20bake%20about%201%20hour.%20Stand%20cake%20in%20pan%2015%20minutes%20before%20turning,%20top-side%20up,%20onto%20wire%20rack%20to%20cool.%20Dust%20with%20sifted%20extra%20cocoa.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20had%20no%20problem%20with%20everything,%20except%20for%20lining%20the%20cake%20tin%20with%20grease%20paper,%20because%20I%E2%80%99ve%20never%20done%20that%20before%20(how%20do%20you%20get%20the%20paper%20to%20stick%20to%20the%20sides??)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd,%20beating%20egg%20whites%20by%20hand%20because%20I,%20unfortunately,%20have%20no%20electric%20mixer%20(may%20buy%20one%20with%20my%20first%20pay%20check!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(I%20just%20realised%20they%20used%20a%20round%20tin%20here%20as%20opposed%20to%20a%20square%20in%20the%20book)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20cut%20it%20too%20soon%20I%20think.%20But%20it%20still%20tasted%20oh%20so%20good!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20DID%20make%20a%20change%20in%20the%20recipe%20though.%20I%20used%20milk%20chocolate%20instead%20of%20dark.%20Not%20many%20in%20my%20family%20eats%20dark,%20so%20I%20want%20to%20make%20something%20everyone%20would%20eat%20(I%20can%E2%80%99t%20finish%20it%20on%20my%20own).%20Though%20I%20used%20sweeter%20chocolate,%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20reduce%20the%20sugar.%20It%20was%20still%20fine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETaste-%20yum!%20just%20like%20a%20brownie.%20I%20can%E2%80%99t%20taste%20much%20hazelnut%20though.%20But,%20I%20love%20the%20moistness!!%20I%20think%20it%E2%80%99s%20because%20it%E2%80%99s%20flourless.%20I%20had%20a%20square%20and%20a%20half.%20Control,%20jaclyn.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99m%20waiting%20for%20the%20BF%20to%20come%20home,%20and%20will%20start%20cooking%20dinner%20soon.%20Try%20this%20cake!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
