Ingredientes

  • 5 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, soda and salt. Cut in shortening. Add in buttermilk to flour mix. Mix well. Turn out on lightly floured board. Pat to desired thickness. Cut biscuits, dip each in melted butter and place in greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 min.
