Fluffy Chocolate Butter Frosting

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 3 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 1/2 c. unsifted confectioners' sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. warm water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl of mixer blend butter and chocolate.
  2. Gradually beat in sugar alternately with water.
  3. Place bowl in bowl of ice water and beat till fluffy.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Makes about 2 C..
  6. NOTE: The secret of fluffy frosting is to beat it in ice water.
