%20or%20you%20don't,%20these%20are%20a%20nice%20change%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eof%20pace.%20They%20have%20a%20very%20light%20flavor%20and%20are%20wonderful%20when%20they%20are%20warm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'm%20pretty%20sure%20you%20all%20know%20that%20I%20love%20bread,%20love.%20bread.%20One%20of%20my%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efavorite%20past%20times%20is%20when%20my%20husband%20and%20I%20just%20make%20some%20sort%20of%20bread%20on%20a%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Erandom%20weeknight%20then%20sit%20and%20eat%20it%20hot%20out%20of%20the%20oven.%20Of%20course,%20it's%20not%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ereally%20a%20past%20time%20because%20we%20do%20it%20probably%20every%20other%20week.%20:)%20You%20should%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Etry%20it%20too!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBread%20is%20one%20of%20those%20things%20that%20can%20be%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emade%20in%20so%20many%20different%20ways%20that%20I%20could%20make%20a%20different%20type%20of%20bread%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eeveryday%20for%20a%20long%20long%20time.%20At%20one%20place%20where%20I%20used%20to%20work%20I%20made%20naan%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efor%20parties%20and%20at%20first%20I%20was%20apprehensive%20because%20I%20had%20never%20made%20it%20before%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebut%20it%20was%20really%20really%20good.%20Yeah,%20that%20was%20terrible%20short%20story%20that%20went%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Enowhere.%20Ask%20my%20husband,%20I'm%20known%20for%20those%20:).%20So,%20I%20actually%20still%20have%20a%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efew%20of%20these%20hanging%20around%20the%20house%20and%20so%20we%20are%20planning%20to%20make%20French%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EToast%20with%20them.%20I%20will%20let%20you%20know%20how%20it%20goes%20but%20I'm%20pretty%20sure%20it's%20going%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eto%20be%20delicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHappy%20Baking!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFluffy%20Potato%20Rolls%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%2012%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Preheat%20oven%20to%20400F.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Mix%20together%20the%20warm%20milk%20and%20water%20in%20a%20bowl.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20sugar%20and%20sprinkle%20yeast%20on%20top.%20Set%20aside%20for%205%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Sift%20bread%20flour%20and%20salt%20into%20a%20large%20bowl.%20Using%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eyour%20hands%20mix%20butter%20and%20mashed%20potato%20into%20flour.%20Pour%20yeast%20mixture%20into%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eflour%20and%20mix%20with%20a%20wooden%20spoon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Place%20dough%20onto%20a%20lightly%20floured%20surface%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eknead%20for%208%20-%2010%20minutes%20(or%20in%20a%20mixer%20with%20a%20dough%20hook%20for%20about%204%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eminutes).%20Dough%20should%20become%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20Place%20dough%20into%20a%20greased%20bowl%20and%20cover%20with%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ecling%20wrap%20(or%20a%20kitchen%20towel)%20until%20double%20in%20size.%20Punch%20dough%20down.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6.%20Divide%20the%20dough%20into%2012%20equal%20portions%20and%20shape%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Einto%20rolls.%20Cover%20and%20leave%20in%20a%20warm%20place%20until%20dough%20is%20almost%20doubled%20in%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esize.%20(I%20put%206%20per%20sheet%20pan).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E7.%20Bake%20about%2014%20minutes%20or%20until%20golden%20brown.%20Brush%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewith%20butter%20right%20out%20of%20the%20oven,%20if%20desired.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20adapted%20from%20The%20Knead%20for%20Bread%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20recipe%20may%20be%20linked%20up%20to:%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
