Ingredientes

  • 1 x Baked pie shell
  • 1 can Pumpkin puree (14 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pkt unflavored gelatin (7 gram size)
  • 2 Tbsp. Rye whiskey
  • 2/3 c. Unwhipped Nutriwhip Or possibly
  • 2 c. Whipped topping Whipped topping and nutmeg For garnish

Direcciones

  1. In medium sauce pan, combine pumpkin, sugar and spice; sprinkle with gelatin. Cook over medium heat for 5 min, stirring occasionally till the sugar and gelatin has dissolved and the mix is heated through. Pour mix into medium bowl and refrigeratefor 1 hour. Whisk rye whiskey into pumpkin mix till smooth. In chilled bowl using electric mixer, beat Nutriwhip at high speed till soft peaks form. Gradually fold Nutriwhip into pumpkin mix till well combined. Chill, covered for about 1 hour or possibly till set. Spoon into pie shell and garnish.
