Ingredientes

  • 50 gm butter
  • 1 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. brandy
  • 300 gm Roquefort cheese
  • 300 gm brie
  • 1/10 tsp nutmeg
  • 12 slc white bread

Direcciones

  1. Cut rind off the brie.
  2. Dice roquefort.
  3. Heat the butter in fondue pot, add in wine and brandy and bring to the boil.
  4. Reduce heat and whisk in the cheeses a little at a time till mix is smooth and well blended.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  6. Serve with bread for dipping.
