Food Processor Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Healthy pinch salt
  • 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, cut in 4 pcs
  • 1/2 c. butter, cut in 4 pcs

Direcciones

  1. Chop nuts with 3 or possibly 4 on/off turns. Add in cinnamon, sugar and whirl till combined. Set aside.
  2. Insert steel blade. Place butter and butter in work bowl. Pour sugar over and process till creamed. Continue processing and add in large eggs, one at a time through feed. Add in vanilla and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients, add in alternating with lowfat sour cream, whirling only till combined each time. Don't OVER PROCESS. Pour 1/2 batter into greased 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 topping. Pour remaining batter and top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
