- Chop nuts with 3 or possibly 4 on/off turns. Add in cinnamon, sugar and whirl till combined. Set aside.
- Insert steel blade. Place butter and butter in work bowl. Pour sugar over and process till creamed. Continue processing and add in large eggs, one at a time through feed. Add in vanilla and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients, add in alternating with lowfat sour cream, whirling only till combined each time. Don't OVER PROCESS. Pour 1/2 batter into greased 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 topping. Pour remaining batter and top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
