Ingredientes

  • 1 can (no. 2) cut green beans
  • 1 can (no. 2) yellow wax beans
  • 1 can (no. 2) red kidney beans
  • 1 can (no. 2) garbanzo beans
  • 1 med Green pepper, cut into long slices or possibly rings
  • 1 med Onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 c. Salad oil
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Drain beans. Combine vegetables in a large bowl with a lid. Shake remaining ingredients well & pour over vegetables; toss to mix. Make 24 hrs prior to serving to allow vegetables to marinate well. Stir occasionally. More green pepper may be added before serving.
