Ingredientes
- 1 can (no. 2) cut green beans
- 1 can (no. 2) yellow wax beans
- 1 can (no. 2) red kidney beans
- 1 can (no. 2) garbanzo beans
- 1 med Green pepper, cut into long slices or possibly rings
- 1 med Onion, sliced thinly
- 1/2 c. Salad oil
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Drain beans. Combine vegetables in a large bowl with a lid. Shake remaining ingredients well & pour over vegetables; toss to mix. Make 24 hrs prior to serving to allow vegetables to marinate well. Stir occasionally. More green pepper may be added before serving.
