Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (16 ounces) elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. Crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, heat butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper till smooth.
  2. Bring to a boil: boil and stir for 2 min. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low: add in cheeses and stir till melted. Drain macaroni: add in to cheese sauce and stir till well coated.
  3. Yield: 12servings.
