Ingredientes

  • 6 piece soft white taufu, deep-fried
  • 50 gm chicken meat, sliced
  • 25 gm cuttlefish, cut into rings
  • 2 x black mushrooms
  • 25 gm button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 dsh monosodium glutamate Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp light soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing Chinese cooking wine (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
  • 1/2 c. water or possibly stock Thickening
  • 2 tsp cornflour mixed with a little water Garnishing
  • 1 stalk spring onion diced

Direcciones

  1. Method:DEEP fry taufu then dish out and place on a serving plate.
  2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp oil and saute/fry minced ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add in chicken meat, black mushrooms, button mushrooms and cuttlefish. Stir-fry well. Add in sauce ingredients and water or possibly stock. Allow to simmer for a while.
  3. Add in thickening.
  4. Pour the sauce over the taufu pcs and garnish with diced spring onions.
