Receta Frango Na Pucara ( Portuguese Chicken)

- Season chicken pcs with salt and pepper. Refrigerate1 hour
- Soak ham in cool water to remove some of the salt. Drain
- Pre heat oven to 375
- Place chicken in a baking dish, one with a lid. Add in the ham, the tomatoes, the garlic and the onions
- Spread chilled pcs of butter on top.
- Pour the wines and the cognac.
- Add in the mustard , cover and bake for about 50 min till cooked.
- Remove lid and bake further 30 min to brown. Serve with potatoes
