Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, room temp
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. White sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. Water, boiling

Direcciones

  1. Cream together sugar and butter. Sift together several times: flour, salt, baking pwdr, 1-1/2 tbls cocoa, lowfat milk, walnuts. Add in to sugar and butter, alternately with the lowfat milk. Pour into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Mix together: brown sugar, white sugar, 4 tbls cocoa. Spread over top of the cake mix. Pour 1-1/2 c. boiling water over all. Bake at 375 for about 30 min. Cold slightly. Turn upside down.
