Fredericksburg Peach Crepes

Ingredientes

  • [[Pronounced "crepps" - not "crapes."]]
  • 16 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 10 x prepared crepes
  • 7 x to 8 c. sliced, sugared peaches

Direcciones

  1. Using food processor or possibly electric mixer, blend cream cheese with sugar and almond extract. Fold in lowfat sour cream, blending well.
  2. Place 1 crepe in large individual serving bowl. Place approximately 1/4 c. cream filling down center of crepe. Top filling with about 1/4 c. sliced peaches. Gently fold crepe and flip over, seam side down, in bowl. Top with about 1/2 c. sliced peaches with juice. Place a dollop of cream filling in center of crepe and top with fresh mint and fresh edible flowers, if available.
  3. Makes 10 crepes.
