Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup uncooked freekeh (I have used whole freekeh)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato finely chopped (remove the seeds)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon oil
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 green chili cut in half
- 2 dry red chilies
- Salt
- Black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 3 1/2 cups hot water
