Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. Undiluted Carnation 2% Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
  • 2 x Beaten Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine meat, bread crumbs, E. Lowfat milk, onion, Large eggs and salt in a large bowl; mix well. Shape mix into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place in single layer in 10x15x1/4 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in warm oven (500) 12 to 15 min.
  2. Drain; cold. divide meatballs in half, wrap well; freeze.
  3. Makes about 65small meatballs.
