Ingredients: 2 lb Lean grnd beef; 1 c. Fine dry bread crumbs; 3/4 c. Undiluted Carnation 2% Evaporated Lowfat milk; 1/2 c. Finely minced onion; 2 x Beaten Large eggs; 2 tsp Salt

Ingredientes

2 lb Lean grnd beef
1 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. Undiluted Carnation 2% Evaporated Lowfat milk
1/2 c. Finely minced onion
2 x Beaten Large eggs
2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

Combine meat, bread crumbs, E. Lowfat milk, onion, Large eggs and salt in a large bowl; mix well. Shape mix into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place in single layer in 10x15x1/4 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in warm oven (500) 12 to 15 min.
Drain; cold. divide meatballs in half, wrap well; freeze.
Makes about 65small meatballs.
