Ingredientes

  • 2 lb lean beef cubed
  • 4 med onions chunked
  • 8 lrg carrots chunked
  • 2 c. mushrooms chunked
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1/4 c. quick cooking tapicoa
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a 3 qt ovenproof casserole with a top. Cover and bake 3 hrs (stirring 3 times) or possibly till meat and vegetables are tender. The sauce will thicken as it cooks.Serve over mashed potatoed or possibly noodles.
  2. NOTES : Can be made in a crockpot. Freezes well.
