Receta French Beef Oven Stew

Ingredientes
- 2 lb lean beef cubed
- 4 med onions chunked
- 8 lrg carrots chunked
- 2 c. mushrooms chunked
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 c. quick cooking tapicoa
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a 3 qt ovenproof casserole with a top. Cover and bake 3 hrs (stirring 3 times) or possibly till meat and vegetables are tender. The sauce will thicken as it cooks.Serve over mashed potatoed or possibly noodles.
- NOTES : Can be made in a crockpot. Freezes well.
