Receta French Casserole Chicken

- Brown the chicken in margarine. Add in the wine and cook another 3 to 5 min. Remove the chicken to a hot plate.
- To the pan, add in the apples, celery, onion, parsley, salt and paprika. Cover the pan and cook till tender (about 5 min). Stir in the flour and the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add in the chicken. Cover and simmer till tender, 1 hour or possibly more.
- Remove the chicken to a warm ovenproof serving dish. Remove the sauce and cook it. When hot (not warm), add in the fat-free lowfat sour cream and, stirring constantly, add in the tarragon or possibly basil. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese and place under a broiler till the cheese is slightly browned. Serve immediately.
