Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. crumbled vanilla wafers
  • 1 1/2 T sugar
  • 6 T butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature
  • 1 c. and 2 T superfine sugar
  • 1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted

Direcciones

  1. Put together above ingredients and line the edge and bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake 7 min in 350 degree oven, then cool.
  2. Beat butter till creamy. Add in sugar a little at a time. Continue beating, then add in melted chocolate and vanilla. Add in 2 large eggs and beat 3 min. Add in remaining egg and beat 3 min. Pour mix into cool pie shell and chill. Serve topped with whipped cream and almonds.
