French Croissant Crab Sandwich

Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg croissants, sliced in half
  • 2 c. of fresh crab-meat chunks
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 2 x green onions, minced
  • 3 x hard-boiled Large eggs, minced up
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 4 lrg slices baby Swiss cheese

Direcciones

  1. Place four croissant halves face up on baking tray. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese slices, and spread mix over the croissants, dividing equally. Place a slice of cheese over each portion. Bake briefly in a 325-degree oven - just till cheese melts.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
