Receta French Croissant Crab Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg croissants, sliced in half
- 2 c. of fresh crab-meat chunks
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 2 x green onions, minced
- 3 x hard-boiled Large eggs, minced up
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 4 Tbsp. salad dressing
- 4 lrg slices baby Swiss cheese
Direcciones
- Place four croissant halves face up on baking tray. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese slices, and spread mix over the croissants, dividing equally. Place a slice of cheese over each portion. Bake briefly in a 325-degree oven - just till cheese melts.
- Makes 4 servings.
