Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Sliced zucchini
  • 2 c. Cracker meal
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sweet basil
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. Egg wash (6 Large eggs, 3/4 c lowfat milk beaten)

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients except zucchini. Wash and slice zucchini into 1/4-inch slices. Roll in flour, then egg wash a and finally and finally in cracker mix. French-fry to a golden. Serve.
