Receta French Fried Liver

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Beef liver, sliced 1/2"thick
- 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 lb Shortening
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 tsp Parsley, minced
- 1/4 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Cut liver into strips about 1/4 inch wide and 3 inches long. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge lvier strips in seasoned flour. Fry in shortening at 350 degrees till brown, about 2 to 3 min. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve warm or possibly cool with Fiesta Lowfat sour cream Dip.
- Fiesta Lowfat sour cream Dip: Combine lowfat sour cream, curry pwdr, parsley, warm sauce and salt. Mix well. Chill till ready to serve.
- Yield: about 1-1/4cups.
