Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd meat
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. lite evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 c. finely minced onions
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pkg. (9 ounce each) or possibly 1 pkg. 20 ounce frzn French fries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 or possibly 2 T prepared mustard

Direcciones

  1. Put together all meat balls ingredients; mix well. Shape into small balls using 1 level tbsp mix per ball. Spray frying pan with Pam and brown meatballs. Put meatball in shallow 2 qt casserole arrange frzn French fries on top and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt.If too much fat in pan drippings, throw away some.
  2. Make sauce: add in onion to pan drippings and fry till tender. Blend in flour and remaining 1/2 tsp salt. Add in evaporated lowfat milk, water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cook stirring constantly till smooth and thick. Pour over meat balls and fries. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 min. Kids love this! Serves 6.
