Ingredientes

  • 1 stk butter, melted
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. finely minced nuts
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 sqr unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 1/2 pt whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  2. Combine crust ingredients and blend well. Pat thin layer of mix into bottom and sides of a 10-inch pie pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 20 min. Allow to cold. Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Blend in vanilla and chocolate and mix well. Add in eggsone at a time, beating with mixer on high speed for at least 5 min after each addition. Pour mix into a pie shell and refrigeratein refrigerator for several hours. or possibly overnight. The crust and filling freeze well at this stage if making the pie ahead of time. Whip cream tosoft peak stage. Add in sugar and vanilla and continue to whip till cream stands in hard peaks. Spread over pie and grate unsweetened chocolate on top. 8 servings.
