.%20%20Pour%20all%20your%20eggy%20bready%20bacony%20mixture%20into%20the%20baking%20dish.%20%20Cover%20and%20place%20in%20fridge%20overnight.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees.%20%20Uncover%20and%20give%20the%20bread%20another%20stir.%20%20Sprinkle%20cinnamon%20sugar%20all%20over%20the%20bread%20cubes%20and%20dot%20with%20butter.%20%20Cover%20with%20non%20stick%20foil%20and%20bake%20for%2045-50%20minutes%20or%20until%20knife%20inserted%20in%20center%20comes%20out%20clean.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServe%20with%20maple%20syrup.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20rich%20and%20creamy,%20I%20love%20the%20smokey%20bacon%20with%20the%20sweet%20maple%20and%20the%20not%20really%20sweet%20eggy%20bread.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECooks%20Notes:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20%20Do%20not%20cut%20off%20that%20fabulous%20crust.%20%20This%20recipe%20is%20awesome%20even%20with%20a%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eday%20old%20loaf.%20%20I%20bought%20my%20bread%20on%20Tuesday%20and%20prepped%20this%20Friday%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eafternoon.%20%20Yes,%20it%20was%20'sketchy'%20to%20cut%20however%20my%20fingers%20all%20remained%20intact.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20If%20you%20have%20homemade%20vanilla%20sugar%20hanging%20around%20like%20I%20FORGOT%20to%20use,%20this%20would%20be%20the%20ideal%20time%20to%20use%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20%20I%20am%20going%20to%20try%20this%20again%20with%20some%20toasted%20pecans%20on%20top....YUM!!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPost%20Script.....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20hope%20you%20all%20are%20healthy%20and%20WARM%20this%20holiday%20season!%20%20We've%20had%20a%20tough%20few%20weeks%20with%20no%20heat.%20%20Our%20house%20was%20built%20in%201959.%20%20We%20bought%20it%205%20years%20ago%20knowing%20that%20the%203%20Horsemen%20of%20the%20Homeowner's%20Apocalypse%20(the%20furnace,%20A/C%20and%20hot%20water%20heater)%20were%20OLD.%20%20We%20feel%20we%20were%20truly%20blessed%20from%20this%20whole%20ordeal.%20%20%20The%20Carbon%20Monoxide%20detector%20has%20been%20going%20off%20since%20last%20year%20and%20we%20were%20being%20stubborn%20and%20complacent.%20%20We%20thought%20the%20detector%20was%20probably%20old...took%20it%20down,%20replaced%20it.%20%20It%20didn't%20go%20off%20again....few%20months%20later%20it%20went%20off....%22oh%20the%20batteries%20probably%20need%20to%20be%20replaced%22%20(um,%20there%20is%20a%20signal%20for%20THAT%20by%20the%20way%20on%20the%20detector).%20%20All%20the%20while%20the%20detector%20was%20going%20off%20during%20the%20middle%20of%20the%20night%20waking%20us%20up%20@%203%20in%20the%20morning.%20%20The%20one%20night%20K-man%20was%20working%20through%20the%20night%20on%20a%20water%20main%20break%20and%20I%20was%20home%20alone%20the%20detector%20went%20off%20one%20hour%20after%20I%20turned%20on%20the%20heat%20when%20I%20came%20home%20from%20work.%20%20This%20was%20odd.%20%20I%20called%20K-man....what%20do%20I%20do?%20%20(WHAT,%20WHERE%20was%20my%20brain?-%20mmmm,%20fuzzy%20from%20fumes%20perhaps?)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20called%20the%20Fire%20Dept%20and%20waited%20with%20my%20neighbor%20outside%20for%20them%20to%20arrive.%20%20I%20let%20them%20in%20the%20front%20door%20and%20watched%20them%20come%20in%20with%20their%20CO%20monitor%20in%20hand.%20%20As%20soon%20as%20he%20stepped%20in%20it%20beeped%20and%20he%20said%20It's%20148!%20%20Pointed%20to%20me.%20%20%22YOU-%20Get%20out.%22%20%20What%20you%20may%20or%20may%20not%20know,%20BELOW%2035%20ppm%20(parts%20per%20million)%20is%20okay%20but%20anything%20above%20that%20is%20considered%20toxic%20and%20potentially%20lethal.%20%20I%20was%20sitting%20in%20a%20house%20where%20the%20million%20of%20the%20oxygen%20molecules%20were%20tainted%20with%20148%20carbon%20monoxide%20ones!....I%20had%20no%20headache,%20no%20nausea,%20no%20vomiting,%20wasn't%20sleepy....however%20my%20common%20sense%20and%20get%20up%20and%20go%20safety%20know-how%20was%20stagnant.%20%20I%20remember%20just%20standing%20there%20with%20K-man%20on%20the%20phone,%20listening%20to%20him%20tell%20me%20what%20to%20do%20and%20thinking/pouting....%22why%20can't%20he%20be%20here%20and%20do%20this?%22%20%20I%20NEVER%20THINK%20like%20THAT....Add%20the%20symptom%20of%20DELERIUM%20to%20list%20from%20CO%20exposure.%20%20Alas,%20a%20cracked%20heater%20exchange%20on%20a%20circa%201988%20furnace%20was%20the%20cause.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyway.....since%20major%20appliances%20like%20the%20furnace,%20A/C%20and%20hot%20water%20heater%20a%20big%20to-do,%20located%20near%20one%20another%20and%20connected%20(via%20gas)%20and%20were%20ALL%20old.%20%20Bundle%20the%20price,%20work....replace%20them%20all%20at%20once.%20%20Holy%20crap.%20%201988=%20furnace%20and%20HWH%20but%20the%20A/C%20was%20the%20original%20install!%20%20None%20of%20the%20houses%20in%20our%20development%20had%20A/C%20originally%20and%20the%20original%20owner%20of%20our%20house%20finally%20broke%20down%20in%20the%2060's%20to%20put%20it%20in.%20%20The%20estimator%20said%20it%20was%20a%20miracle%20we've%20been%20having%20any%20A/C%20in%20the%20past%20summers%20because%20this%20model%20belonged%20in%20a%20museum.%20%20LOL.%20
