Ingredientes

  • 4 x veal steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. minced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/2 x minced tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. whipping cream
  • 3/4 c. shredded mozzarella or possibly jack cheese Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Lightly flour steaks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown steaks lightly in melted butter. Put meat in greased baking dish. Top with minced mushrooms, parsley, tomatoes, and cream.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs covered. Uncover. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake till cheese melts - about 10 min.
  3. Serve with salad, vegetables and rolls.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  5. Comments: On a budget Substitute chicken breasts for 45 min instead of veal for 1 1/2 hrs, otherwise, everything else is the same.
