Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 cups Fresh apple(peeled & diced)
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Skor Toffee Bits (for topping)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F and line muffin tin with liners (or use silicone muffin cups).
  2. Peel apples, core and dice. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl beat the egg, add milk, melted butter, maple syrup and graham crumbs. Mix to combine.
  4. In another bowl whisk the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  5. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, and stir to moisten.
  6. Fold in the apples.
  7. Scoop batter into muffin cups.
  8. Top with Skor bits.
  9. Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven. Let cool slightly in pan. Transfer to cooling rack.
