Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pt Strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 pt Blueberries
  • 1/2 pt Blackberries
  • 1/2 pt Raspberries
  • 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c. Reduced-fat baking mix
  • 1/4 c. Non-fat lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. 4-fruit all-natural conserve

Direcciones

  1. Toss together strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, sugar, tapioca and lime juice in large bowl. Let stand 15 min.
  2. Divide into 4 individual 1-c. ramekins. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350'F. 15 min.
  3. Spoon Drop Biscuit Swirl batter on top of each ramekin, dividing proportionately. Brush each biscuit with butter and sprinkle each with brown sugar. Continue to bake 10-15 min or possibly till biscuits are baked through. Let cold to hot. Serve with non-fat lowfat milk, if you like.
  4. Makes4 servings.
  5. Drop Biscuit Swirl: Combine baking mix and lowfat milk and stir till almost blended. Swirl in fruit conserve.
  6. Makes sufficient for 4 biscuits.
