Receta Fresh Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredientes
- 1 cup fresh, flat-leaf parsley, packed
- 2-3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 3-4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- dash of ground cumin
- 4-6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Place the parsley, garlic, vinegar, oregano, salt, pepper and cumin in a food processor or blender:
