- Cut nectarines in half. Remove the pits and slice the nectarines. Peel and slice bananas. Cut cherries in half and remove pits.
- In a medium-size bowl, toss nectarines and bananas with orange juice and Grand Marnier. Pour the fruit mix into a glass bowl. Sprinkle the fruit with coconut, top it with the cherries. Chill till serving.
