Ingredientes

  • 3 lrg nectarines
  • 2 med -size ripe bananas
  • 1/2 c. dark sweet cherries
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or possibly orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. Cut nectarines in half. Remove the pits and slice the nectarines. Peel and slice bananas. Cut cherries in half and remove pits.
  2. In a medium-size bowl, toss nectarines and bananas with orange juice and Grand Marnier. Pour the fruit mix into a glass bowl. Sprinkle the fruit with coconut, top it with the cherries. Chill till serving.
  3. Serves 4
