Ingredientes
- 3 lrg nectarines
- 2 med -size ripe bananas
- 1/2 c. dark sweet cherries
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or possibly orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
Direcciones
- Cut nectarines in half. Remove the pits and slice the nectarines. Peel and slice bananas. Cut cherries in half and remove pits.
- In a medium-size bowl, toss nectarines and bananas with orange juice and Grand Marnier. Pour the fruit mix into a glass bowl. Sprinkle the fruit with coconut, top it with the cherries. Chill till serving.
