Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 bot Dry white wine
  • 1 bot Sparkling water - (1.5 liters)
  • 6 c. Minced seeded watermelon
  • 1 c. Minced mango or possibly papaya
  • 1 c. Minced pineapple

Direcciones

  1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, till the syrup is clear. Set aside to cold.
  2. Combine the syrup, wine, and sparkling water and stir well. Add in the remaining fruit and serve cool.
  3. This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.
