Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Plus 2 tb water
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 2 tsp Minced fresh sage leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp Minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 4 1/4 c. Bread flour
  • 2 tsp Minced fresh sage leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 ts minced fresh Basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 ts minced fresh Oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp Minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. Dry lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp Yeast*

Direcciones

  1. Place on the ingredients in the bread machine and select basic white cycle.
  2. Use medium or possibly light crust colour. It is recommended to use a bread pan with 9 c. or possibly larger for the 1 1/2 lb. loaf. Yeast amount is correct though proportionately less than called for in the smaller loaf.
