Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Fresh pineapple, finely minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Pastry for a 2 crust 9" pie

Direcciones

  1. Cook pineapple till tender, and consistency of canned crushed pineapple.
  2. Drain. Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add in to pineapple. Cook till thick, stirring constantly. Cold. Pour into pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425F for 25 min.
