Ingredientes

  • 8 x fryer thighs and legs Louisiana warm sauce
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. In large skillet, pour oil in the bottom and heat till bubbles arise. Lower heat to medium.
  2. While oil is heating, prepare flour by adding spices.
  3. Prepare chicken by cutting a small gash in the skin, about 1/4 inch long, and pour 1 tsp warm sauce inside the skin, spreading it throughout the piece of chicken.
  4. Dip each piece of prepared chicken in flour, completely covering it in flour.
  5. Place chicken in skillet and cook over medium heat for approximately 45 min, turning every 10 min.
