Receta Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- 8 x fryer thighs and legs Louisiana warm sauce
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 c. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- 1. In large skillet, pour oil in the bottom and heat till bubbles arise. Lower heat to medium.
- 2. While oil is heating, prepare flour by adding spices.
- 3. Prepare chicken by cutting a small gash in the skin, about 1/4 inch long, and pour 1 tsp warm sauce inside the skin, spreading it throughout the piece of chicken.
- 4. Dip each piece of prepared chicken in flour, completely covering it in flour.
- 5. Place chicken in skillet and cook over medium heat for approximately 45 min, turning every 10 min.
