Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 x Egg white Oil or possibly butter for frying

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken breasts into slices.
  2. Combine oil and cornstarch in bowl. In separate bowl, whip egg white till fluffy. Add in egg white to the oil and cornstarch and stir slightly. Dip chicken into egg and oil mix. Heat oil and butter in a frying pan, and fry the chicken strips till golden on the outside and white inside.
