Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings (about 10)
  • 2 T dry mustard
  • 1 T water
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
  • 1 c. apricot preserves
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 2 T cider vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Disjoint chicken wings; throw away tips. Mix dry mustard and water; spread over chicken pcs. Put together flour, salt, and pepper; coat chicken pcs. Heat Crisco in a large frying pan. Fry chicken wings till golden (about 25 min), turning as needed.For Sweet-Sour Sauce: Put together all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat just till sugar is melted. Makes about 1 1/4 cups sauce. Serve as dipping sauce for chicken pcs. About 20 pcs.
