Receta Fried Chicken Wings With Sweet - Soursauce

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. chicken wings (about 10)
- 2 T dry mustard
- 1 T water
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
- 1 c. apricot preserves
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 2 T cider vinegar
Direcciones
- Disjoint chicken wings; throw away tips. Mix dry mustard and water; spread over chicken pcs. Put together flour, salt, and pepper; coat chicken pcs. Heat Crisco in a large frying pan. Fry chicken wings till golden (about 25 min), turning as needed.For Sweet-Sour Sauce: Put together all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat just till sugar is melted. Makes about 1 1/4 cups sauce. Serve as dipping sauce for chicken pcs. About 20 pcs.
