Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Crabmeat
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Melted butter Bread crumbs (1/2 to 1 c.)
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly oil
  • 1 x Lemon, cut into wedges for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently. Shape into 6 cakes. Heat butter or possibly oil. Fry cakes over medium high heat till browned on both sides.
