Receta Fried Crab Cakes

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Crabmeat
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Melted butter Bread crumbs (1/2 to 1 c.)
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly oil
- 1 x Lemon, cut into wedges for garnish
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently. Shape into 6 cakes. Heat butter or possibly oil. Fry cakes over medium high heat till browned on both sides.
