Ingredientes

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 x red chilli de seeded andfinely sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 clv garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp cumin,
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar minced coriander coarse salt
  • 12 slc toast to serve

Direcciones

  1. Pour sufficient oil into a heavy frying pan to cover the base.
  2. Heat over a moderate heat then carefully break the Large eggs into it.
  3. Fry as usual spooning warm oil over the Large eggs; to help them set.
  4. When half. cooked add in the chilli cumin and garlic and continue cooking till done.
  5. Lift the eggschilli and garlic onto the toast spoon over a little of the warm oil then drizzle over the balsamic vinegar.
  6. Season with salt and scatter over lots of minced coriander.
  7. Eat immediatley
  8. Sometimes the simplest things are the best and here is a perfect example. This dish of fried Large eggs Latin American style is sublime and quick to make approx perfect reinvigorating supper material.
