Ingredientes

1 kg. mutton, cut up

1 c. water
-
1 tbsp. garlic paste (5 cloves)

1 tbsp. ginger paste (1 inch)

1 tsp. chili powder
-
1 tsp. salt
-
1/2 tsp. MSG
-
1/2 c oil

Direcciones
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a pan.
- Simmer for 30 minutes or until tender and water is dried up.
- Add more water if necessary.
- Open the pan and add salt and oil.
- Shalow fry the meat for 5 minutes each side.
