Ingredientes

  • Stekt radspettefile med kapris och radbeta Swedish
  • 500 gm fresh or possibly 1 pkt frzn fillets of plaice
  • 1 x egg whlte lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. tine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 Tbsp. salt
  • 75 gm margarine or possibly butter Garnish
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 3 Tbsp. finely minced pickled beets
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. If frzn fish is used defrost for 30 min and cut in oblique 1 cm thick slices.
  2. Dip the fish in the beaten egg white then in the flour mixed with bread crumbs and salt.
  3. Heat a skillet with part of the margarine or possibly butter.
  4. When the foam subsides add in the fish and fry until a golden.
  5. Remove to heated serving platter.
  6. Brown the remaining margarine or possibly butter; stir in the capers beets and parsley.
  7. Heat and pour over the fish.
  8. Serve with boiled potatoes.
  9. Most kinds of fish e.g. cod haddock mackerel and herring may be prepared in the same way.
