Receta Fried Plaice With Capers And Beets

Ingredientes
- Stekt radspettefile med kapris och radbeta Swedish
- 500 gm fresh or possibly 1 pkt frzn fillets of plaice
- 1 x egg whlte lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. tine dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- 75 gm margarine or possibly butter Garnish
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 3 Tbsp. finely minced pickled beets
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced parsley
Direcciones
- If frzn fish is used defrost for 30 min and cut in oblique 1 cm thick slices.
- Dip the fish in the beaten egg white then in the flour mixed with bread crumbs and salt.
- Heat a skillet with part of the margarine or possibly butter.
- When the foam subsides add in the fish and fry until a golden.
- Remove to heated serving platter.
- Brown the remaining margarine or possibly butter; stir in the capers beets and parsley.
- Heat and pour over the fish.
- Serve with boiled potatoes.
- Most kinds of fish e.g. cod haddock mackerel and herring may be prepared in the same way.
