Ingredientes

  • Strammingsflundror Swedish
  • 1 kg whole stromming or possibly 1 pkt frzn fillet of stromming salt
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
  • 50 gm finely minced parsley or possibly
  • 4 Tbsp. grated horseradish flour fine dry bread crumbs salt white pepper margarine butter or possibly oil

Direcciones

  1. Clean the fish and remove the backbone.
  2. Defrost the frzn fish.
  3. Stir the margarine or possibly butter with minced parsley or possibly grated horseradish.
  4. Put two fillets together skinside out with a little filling between.
  5. Dip both sides in flour mixed with bread crumbs salt and pepper.
  6. Heat a skillet with margarine butter or possibly oil.
  7. When the foam subsides add in the fish and fry both sides until a golden.
  8. Serve at once with mashed or possibly boiled potatoes and creamed vegetables.
